Etiquette & Policies
Scheduling
All appointments greater than one hour in length are reserved with a credit card or gift certificate at the time of scheduling. As a courtesy, advanced calls, emails, or texts are made to confirm reservations.
Late Policies
We provide a grace period of 10 minutes for tardiness. During this time, we will do our best to accommodate you and complete the full service originally booked.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment without notifying us in advance, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying the full price of the missed service and rescheduling for another convenient time.
Cancellations
Please be aware that a 24-hour notice for cancellation is required for any scheduled appointment. If this notice is not met, the full amount of the scheduled service will be applied to your credit card or gift certificate and will be non-refundable. If the reserved time can be filled, no charges will be applied. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
Health Considerations
To maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick or have the onset of symptoms of an illness, please reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule. This is for your well being as well as ours. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Cell Phone Usage
In an effort to maintain a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for clients, we ask that all cell phones be silenced or turned off upon entering the salon. In the case of emergencies, exceptions will be made.
Child Policy
To fulfill our commitment to providing a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit.
